Reporting directly to the General Manager Customer Service Advisor is the face and first point of customer contact in the Service Department.  Working alongside the service department you will  take responsibility for and manage incoming work for the service department.

Role of the Customer Service Advisor

  • Manage the Customer Experience. If we provide the highest level of customer service possible 99% + of our customers will never leave disappointed or unsatisfied.
  • Service Repair Orders. Open, Adjust, Add, Close, Approve, Warranty and Maintain all front of house or Retail Service Repair Orders.  You are responsible for all Retail Customer Work being completed in the Service shop.
  • Manage Incoming Work Schedule. Manage Schedule for all incoming retail repair work.  Build schedule with the General Manager to ensure there is a steady flow of customer work being brought in at a manageable volume.
  • Monitor all incoming retail service inquiries.  Make sure appointment requests are being responded to and estimates for work are being completed accurately representing all parts and labor required to complete the job.  Ensure proper email etiquette is being used at all times.
  • Make sure the service phones are being answered and phone messages are being taken and attended to.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure the front service reception area is clean, uncluttered and functional at all times.
