General Manager Description

We are looking for a service oriented and growth minded individual to provide general oversight to our restaurant operations.  The ideal candidate will have strong leadership & communication skills, passion and experience with food & drinks and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be an on-floor manager, with scheduled serving shifts as well as flexible time for management duties. A laptop will be provided to allow for remote work. Training is provided and encouraged in the wine and management fields. Other potential perks are open for discussion with the right individual.

Duties

• Supervision of a small team (5-6 members), including hiring, scheduling, and daily communications.
• Beverage menu updates, including cocktail design, wine list considerations, beer & cider selection.
• Inventory and ordering for front of house.
• Event planning for large parties and scheduling of live music in conjunction with our music coordinator
• Ensuring all clients are receiving exceptional service and that all areas of the restaurant and patio and clean and organized.
• Provide feedback and ideas for improvements, including specials and promotions designed to increase sales.
• Review and management of daily of cash outs
