We are currently seeking qualified Journeywomen and Journeymen Carpenters to join our amazing team for a variety of projects ranging from small to large renovations and new custom home builds.
Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans
- Concrete, framing, installing doors and windows, finishing work, roofing, siding and exterior finishes
- Constructing decks, fences, and other outdoor structures
- Working with various materials such as wood, metal, and concrete
- Ensuring work is completed according to code and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a journeywoman/journeyman carpenter
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools and materials
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Willingness to train and mentor apprentices in carpentry techniques and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer competitive wages ranging from $36 to $45/hour, depending on experience, with regular wage reviews, growth opportunities within our company, and a full benefits package.
