Since 2003, Giv’ Er Shirt Works has delivered the highest quality screen printed and embroidered apparel to customers throughout Western Canada and beyond. We are an apparel decoration specialist.

We’re on the lookout for team members that can show initiative in their field and think outside the box. Being part of a small team, you will need to be willing to wear a few different hats on occasion and be happy to jump in and help out a team mate when needed.

The Production All-Rounder Position

This is a unique entry level position for someone looking to learn new skills. If you’re enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic this is for you! As the Production All-Rounder you will take great pride in helping out your team mates. You’ll be our go-to person for support working chiefly within the Screen Printing department.

Typical duties may include some or all of the following, although being a small business work may vary day to day;

• Assisting the screen-printers to set up machines and print jobs
• Assisting in the heat pressing, sewing and embroidery departments as needed
• Unloading and stacking printed garments
• Cleaning and reclaiming screens
• General equipment maintenance
• Shipping and receiving
• Communicating with account managers and designers to ensure orders are completed correctly

• Excellent communications skills
• Willingness to learn and help out when needed
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize jobs efficiently
• Be an effective problem solver and collaborator
• Use great common sense and be pro-active
• You will need to be physically fit as this position requires standing for periods of time, moving about quickly and lifting
• Legally able to work in Canada
