Park Vacation Management is a market leader for providing professional marketing, hotel management, vacation rental management and administrative services for private property and business owners in Fernie BC. We are located in the beautiful mountain resort community of Fernie, British Columbia, which boasts some of the finest skiing, fly fishing and mountain recreation in North America.

We are seeking a bright, energetic individual to join our team as Bookkeeper and Office Administrative Assistant.

You will work closely with our Operations, Sales and Accounting departments, assisting them in their day to day activities, including audit and reconciliation of daily sales, preparation of monthly reports, preparing invoices, limited accounts payable and accounts receivable, daily closes, bank reconciliation, payroll and government remittances, as well as assisting the management team as needed.

We require experience in the fields of daily audit, monthly reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, bank reconciliations and Government remittances.

The candidate should be proficient with the following software:
Accpac/Simply Accounting, Microsoft Office applications including, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.

The ideal candidate will be a hard worker, have quick data entry skill, must have great attention to detail and be able to work independently.

Flexible work schedule based out of our downtown Fernie office location.
