Service Technician
We’re looking for either a Junior and Senior Service Technicians. We are a high paced busy shop where versatility & adaptability are key in supporting our workshop and front-of-house operations in a multi-season environment.
This is a full-time or part-time role for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced shop while being part of a tight, experienced team (full-time, year-round is preferred).
This is the overview of the Junior Tech role, a Senior Tech needs more of everything 😉
What You’ll Do
- Perform repairs & services on customer & rentals bikes
- Service intake, bookings & management of daily workload
- Cover front line duties including POS, sales, rentals, customer service, service check-in & walk-in services
- Clear, concise & professional communication with customers
- Direct support for senior techs
- Participate in on the spot service technical training
- Share product knowledge & enthusiasm for bikes, skis, components & the outdoors
- Help keep the shop clean, organized, & running smoothly
- Collaborate across service, floor, ecom, & rentals as required
- Communicate clearly with management & team members
- Maximize efficient use of time & stay on top of assigned tasks
- Assist with opening/closing duties & general shop operations
- Continuously build product knowledge & technical skills
- Keep the vibe high!
What You Bring
- Some bike mechanic or relevant transferable service experience
- Strong work ethic & willingness to learn
- Friendly, approachable & passionate about biking & the outdoors
- Good problem-solving skills & attention to detail
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to prioritize & stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication & team-first mindset
- You must love one of the following; bikes, skis or the outdoors
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a bike or ski shop
- Experience with POS systems or service software
- Rental or customer service experience
The Role
- Full-time hours, year-round preferred
- Part-time or seasonal will be considered for the right applicant
- Ski tech training available for winter (tuning, mounts, etc.)
- Competitive wage based on experience

Junior Tech starting wage $20.00+/hr, Senior Tech starting wage $23+/hr.
Wage will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and capabilities.
