Job Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for skateboarding & snowboarding, strong communication skills, and enjoy helping others, this is the place for you. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our shop, ensuring every customer feels welcome, informed, and stoked about their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection, sizing, and general inquiries
• Provide expert advice on skateboards, snowboards and associated equipment
• Stay informed on the latest products and trends
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Operate the POS system to complete sales transactions
• Assist with inventory restocking and merchandising
• Build relationships with customers and foster a positive, community-oriented atmosphere
• Assist with assembling skateboards and snowboards (training provided if needed)

Qualifications

• Passion for skateboarding, snowboarding and their cultures
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge of skate gear and terminology (or a willingness to learn quickly)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
