We are looking for a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our construction crew.

This is a 30 – 40 hrs/week position to start transitioning into part-time (10-15hrs/week) in December. It’s a great fit if you’re planning to work at the ski hill and are looking for steady work in the meantime, with the option to keep some extra hours during the snow season.

What you will do:

• Assisting with various construction tasks and site preparation.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials
• Keeping job sites clean and organised
• Operating basic tools and equipment
• Supporting skilled trades as needed.

What we are looking for:

• Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow safety guidelines
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
• Previous construction experience is an asset, but not required
• Reliable transportation to Fernie job sites (you need a full, unrestricted BC license and clean drivers abstract)
