


We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Fencing Crew Supervisor to lead a small team installing agricultural fencing, including game fence and barbed wire fence.
This is a working supervisor role — you will be in the field with your crew while also handling customer communication and essential office tasks.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:

Leading and organising a small fencing crew

Installing agricultural fencing

Operating machinery (excavator and tractor)

Lining up work and coordinating daily job plans

Communicating directly with customers

Writing estimates and invoices
-
Managing basic email and paperwork

Ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For

Conscientious and dependable

Strong communicator with customers and team members

Comfortable leading and delegating to a small crew

Understands the importance of paperwork and office responsibilities

Mechanically minded
-
Machine experience (excavator/tractor) preferred
- Comfortable driving a pickup truck with a trailer

Previous fencing experience is an asset but not required — we are willing to train the right person
