Front of House Assistant Manager 

We’re looking for a Front of House Assistant Manager to step into a leadership role at Bramasole!

The Assistant Manager will work closely with our FOH Manager to help keep things running smoothly — from supporting staff during service to handling inventory, ordering, and cash management. It’s a mix of teamwork, responsibility, and growth.

What You’ll Do

Front of House Operations

Help lead smooth daily service with strong communication and teamwork.

Anticipate needs and find solutions — whether that’s supplies, flow, or team support.

Maintain proper till float and support accurate cash handling.

Model great guest service and help keep the dining room and bar looking their best.

Take the lead when the FOH Manager is away.

Stock & Inventory

Order and restock bar products (wine, beer, spirits, mixers, fruit, etc.).

Complete monthly inventory reports.

Communicate with the team about stock levels and where things are kept.

Manage weekly linen pick-up/drop-off and occasional off-site errands.

What We’re Looking For

Someone with strong communication and organizational skills.

Leadership potential and a desire to grow within Bramasole.

A positive, team-first attitude with great attention to detail.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for off-site tasks.

(Previous hospitality or FOH management experience is a bonus, but not required for the right person who’s ready to learn and lead.)

Wage: $20-$22/hour dependent on experience
