Whether it’s cross-country, enduro, downhill, or gravel—we live and breathe bikes. Our shop is more than just retail; it’s a hub for riders of all levels, from weekend warriors to seasoned pros.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a passionate, outgoing, and knowledgeable full-time Sales Associate to join our crew. If you’re someone who loves mountain biking, enjoys helping people find the perfect gear, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner
• Help riders find the right bikes, parts, accessories, and apparel to fit their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
• Stay current on product knowledge, trends, and local trail info
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive shop culture
• Assist with bike check-ins for service and work closely with our mechanics

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (bike shop experience a big plus!)
• Strong knowledge of mountain bikes and cycling gear
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours during peak season
• Passion for the mountain biking community
