A private family in Fernie, BC, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide high-quality cleaning services for their home. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-employed cleaner who is passionate about their work and is looking for a consistent client.

The successful candidate will be someone who is not just a cleaner, but a true home professional who understands the importance of a tidy and well-maintained space. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, has a sharp eye for detail, and can work independently to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For:

• An Independent Contractor: You will be working for yourself, allowing for flexibility in your schedule and methods.
• Exceptional Attention to Detail: From baseboards to light fixtures, you notice the little things that make a big difference. You are thorough and leave no stone unturned.
• Highly Organized & Tidy: You have a natural ability to create order and maintain a sense of calm in a home. You are efficient and systematic in your approach to cleaning.
• Reliable & Trustworthy: Punctuality and respect for our home and privacy are paramount. A background check will be required.
• Excellent Communication Skills: While you will work independently, clear and professional communication is essential.
• Previous experience in residential cleaning is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Thorough cleaning of all living areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common spaces.
• Dusting of all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and decorative items.
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs, and mopping of all hard floors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen surfaces, sinks, and appliances.
• Cleaning and disinfecting of all bathroom fixtures, including toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks.
• Washing of interior windows and mirrors.
• Occasional deep cleaning tasks as required
