As our companies continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This role reports directly to the General Manager of Sales & Marketing and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and wants to play a meaningful role in the growth of multiple local businesses.

About the Role

No two days look the same at Kaizen. You will support sales initiatives, execute marketing projects, nurture leads, and help strengthen customer relationships across several companies simultaneously.

This hybrid role offers flexibility with work-from-home hours, balanced with intentional in-person collaboration to support team success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support inside sales efforts by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up with leads

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

  • Plan, support, and help optimize social media campaigns and paid advertisements

  • Coordinate promotions, partnerships, and community initiatives

  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate customer data

  • Help manage social media scheduling and marketing calendars

  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and growth initiatives

  • Provide administrative and operational support where needed

  • Confidently represent multiple brands with professionalism and consistency

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working across several companies at once

  • Proven familiarity with social media campaigns and digital advertising

  • Excellent communication skills β€” written and verbal

  • Sales-minded with a customer-first attitude

  • Detail-oriented and proactive

  • Tech-comfortable; experience with CRM platforms, social media tools, or marketing software is an asset

  • Access to a reliable computer and stable high-speed internet for remote work

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
