Freestone Construction is looking for a Junior Office Manager to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and wants to be part of a growing local construction company. You’ll be supporting day-to-day office operations and helping keep our projects running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing emails, calls, and general inquiries
• Keeping files and documents organized
• Assisting with permits, scheduling, and project coordination
• Helping with client communication and meeting setup
• Supporting invoicing and tracking payments
• Assisting ownership with scheduling and admin tasks
What we’re looking for:
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
• Able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
Construction experience is a bonus, but not required.
