AUTOBODY OFFICE ASSISTANT

 

Full Time Employment Monday to Friday

Wage:

Starting wage depends on experience.

We are looking for an individual who has office and computer experience and is willing to learn. Auto body industry experience would be an asset. Have excellent work ethics and are willing to learn.

Job Description:

Providing prominent levels of customer service

Data entering & filing.

Answering Phone

Updating customers

Assist with taking pictures, processing claims, and billing.

 

Qualifications: Preferred one (1) year Administration Experience

Organized, motivated & detail-oriented.

Excellent communication skills with the public

Previous office experience & good computer skills

Able to work in a demanding environment, under pressure and able to multitask.
