Production All-Rounder – Join the Crew at Giv’ Er Shirt Works!

Location: Fernie, BC

Pay: $21/hr + benefits after 3 months

Schedule: Flexible-ish: ideally 4 days/week (we know life happens)

We’re Giv’ Er Shirt Works, a small-but-mighty team making big things happen in the world of custom apparel. Since 2003, we’ve been delivering bold, creative screen-printed and embroidered gear across Western Canada.

We’re based in the mountain playground of Fernie, BC – where we work hard, play harder, and believe every shirt tells a story.

Who We’re Looking For

Do you love learning new skills? Enjoy hands-on work? Want to be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that values creativity and balance?

We’re looking for a Production All-Rounder to jump into action and help us bring ideas to life. No two days are the same here – you’ll be learning a little bit of everything, from screen printing to embroidery and heat pressing.

This isn’t just a job. It’s a chance to grow, create, and have a blast doing it.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka: what a day might look like)

· Getting machines ready and helping set up screen print jobs

· Heat pressing and sewing patches and labels

· Working with our production and account managers to keep things running smoothly

· Reclaiming screens and keeping the shop tidy

· Loading embroidery machines and hooping garments like a pro

· Pitching in with shipping, receiving, and equipment care

What You Bring

· Ability to stay on your feet and lift stuff throughout the day

· Able to legally work in Canada.

· Good ol’ common sense and initiative
