Residential Cleaner – Fresh Start Cleaning Services (Fernie, BC)

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-time (20–30 hours per week) – more hours available if scheduling aligns
• Schedule: Weekdays only – no weekends or stat holidays
• Compensation: Training wage $21/hour, with potential raise to Living wage plus benefits after 3-month probation period
• Location: Fernie, BC (no travel outside the local area)

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning services with a high attention to detail
• Work independently and as part of a team, depending on the assignment
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients and co-workers
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
• Complete tasks that involve bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting

Our Ideal Candidate

• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to quality work
• Able to pass a background check
• Has a valid BC Driver’s Licence (reliable, insured vehicle preferred)
• Owns a cellphone for scheduling and communication
• Enjoys cleaning and takes pride in making homes sparkle
• Brings a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
