Seasonal Tax Season Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a seasonal administrative assistant to support our office during tax season. This role is client-facing and ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys helping people in a busy office environment.
Schedule

February: 3 days per week

March & April: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)

May: 3 days per week
Compensation
-
$20–$24 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide front-desk support

Receive, scan, and organize tax documents

Return completed documents to clients

Take payments and issue receipts

Obtain client signatures as required

General administrative and office support during tax season
Qualifications

Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with clients

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable with basic computer tasks (scanning, email, document handling)

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Previous office or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
