Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive and RV division. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is capable of managing service workflows in a busy shop environment. Experience in the automotive or RV industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and accurately assess service needs for vehicles and RVs

• Prepare detailed work orders and provide clear explanations of recommended services

• Schedule and coordinate repair and maintenance work with technicians

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the service process

• Handle invoicing, payment processing, and customer follow-up

• Ensure a professional and efficient front-desk experience for all clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role in the automotive or RV industry

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with service management software and Microsoft Office applications

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits:

• Wage: $22–$28 per hour, based on experience
