At Tunnel49 Automotive, we’re not your typical shop—and we’re not looking for a typical Service Advisor.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and creating great customer experiences. If you’re naturally proactive, enjoy managing moving parts, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.
Experience in automotive is an asset—but not required. We’ll train the right person.
What You’ll Do
This role is part customer experience, part project management:
- Be the main point of contact for customers—from first call to final pickup
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Manage technician workflow and workload to keep the shop running smoothly
- Prioritize jobs and balance timelines across multiple vehicles
- Translate customer concerns into clear work orders for technicians
- Track job progress and keep customers informed along the way
- Ensure work is completed on time and aligned with customer expectations
- Maintain organization across all active jobs and daily operations
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years in a shop—you need the right mindset:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and learning new tools
- A team player who takes ownership and follows through

Compensation
- $20–$30/hour, depending on experience and strengths
