Job description:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support our accounting office. This is a client-facing role focused on front-desk operations, document handling, and providing excellent customer service in a professional and detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide front-desk support and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Receive, scan, and organize client tax documents accurately
  • Prepare and return completed documents to clients
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications

  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computer tasks (email, scanning, document management)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Previous office or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
