LWE Builders is a growing custom residential builder committed to operational excellence, outstanding client service, and a strong team culture. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team for an 18-month maternity leave coverage.
In this role, you will:
- Process payroll using QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend
- Prepare client invoices and manage accounts receivable
- Process accounts payable and supplier payments
- Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and general bookkeeping
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management
- Assist with GST, WorkSafeBC, payroll, employee benefits, and other financial compliance requirements
- Support the year-end process with our external accountant
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has bookkeeping or accounting experience (construction industry experience is an asset)
- Is proficient with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Is highly organized, accurate, and dependable
- Has excellent attention to detail and maintains confidentiality
- Communicates professionally and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
