Job Title: Site Attendant

Compensation: Daily wage rate, plus potential on-site accommodation.

Job Overview

Coal Creek Camping and RV is seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Site Attendant to support daily campground operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

The Site Attendant is responsible for customer service, site maintenance, and overall campground upkeep.

Work Schedule

This position typically consists of an 8-hour split shift, scheduled around campground operations, including guest check-out and check-in times.

Work hours may vary depending on occupancy levels, seasonal demands, and operational needs, and will be scheduled by the Company.

We are looking for 4 days/week at this time at approximately 6-8 hour days.

Key Responsibilities

Morning Duties & Check-Out Support

• Conduct a full walkthrough of the campground to ensure cleanliness and
• Clean and restock washrooms and shower
• Empty garbage and recycling
• Address minor maintenance issues as
• Assist guests with questions and check-out support (11 :00 AM deadline).
• Ensure vacated sites are ready for

Site Turnover & Maintenance

• Clean and prepare campsites for incoming
• Rake sites and empty fire
• Check RV hookups and site
• Maintain horse corrals and surrounding

Perform minor repairs and general maintenance.

Evening Duties & Campground Monitoring

• Assist with guest check-ins and late
• Provide customer service and local
• Conduct regular site checks to ensure compliance with campground
• Monitor campfires to ensure they are contained within designated fire rings, kept to a safe size, and do not present a safety risk or violate campground rules.
• Monitor waste disposal and site conditions to ensure garbage is disposed of properly, not burned, and not left out where it may attract wildlife or create hazards.
• Ensure food and wildlife attractants are stored and/or disposed of
• Respond to guest concerns or
• Observe site conditions without entering occupied sites unless required for safety or requested by the guest.

Closing Duties

• Clean and restock washrooms and shower
• Complete a final walkthrough of the
• Document and report any incidents, damages, or maintenance

Additional Duties (Seasonal Flexibility)

During slower periods in the spring and fall, the Site Attendant may be assigned additional duties to support overall operations.
