What You Bring:
- 3rd Year Apprentice, Journeyperson, or equivalent proven experience
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices and project sequencing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to support and mentor apprentices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
