About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team for weekend shifts in Fernie, BC. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining commercial offices and facilities to a high standard, working independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and values flexibility.

What you’ll do

• Perform general office and facility cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, restrooms, etc.)
• Complete job checklists and review work via our company mobile app
• Maintain consistent quality standards across all assigned sites
• Communicate professionally with team and management as needed

What we’re looking for

• Previous cleaning experience required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Smartphone required to access company app and complete digital checklists
• Ability to follow scheduled work times and complete tasks within assigned time windows
• Must be able to pass a security background check
• Must provide 2 professional references
