Wages start at $19 per hour for opening managers and $20 for closing managers. Raises for experience and results can increase that to $21-24 per hour. Managers also get tip sharing that ranges from $3-$6 per hour on average. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow all policy and procedures and expect the same from your crew.
