Manuartis Carpenters Ltd. is hiring a reliable carpenter for high-end custom residential work in Fernie.
We are an experienced crew with great energy, looking for a like-minded individual to join our team. We provide high quality tools and equipment to amplify your skill set and take pride in the work you do, with intricate and interesting work lined up through summer on a custom Fernie new build.
Work can Include:
- Exterior wood siding and wall systems.
- T&G soffit install.
- Window installs and integration of wall systems
- Interior finishing-doors, base, trim, interior cladding and ceiling liner.
- Decks and exterior
Requirements:
- Construction experience siding and finishing in high end custom homes an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Journeyperson or equivalent with 5+ years experience in Canadian residential construction, willing to take a leadership role on site.
- Compensation negotiable for this skillset and experience.
Wage:
- $35–$50/hr depending on experience.
- Must hold valid work authorization in Canada.
4-day Work Week:
- We prioritize work life balance with 4-day weeks and enjoy 3 day weekends for whatever Fernie fix fills your boots!
