We are building a crew of dependable, experienced roofers and siders who take pride in their workmanship, move efficiently, and want the opportunity to earn piecework rates.

Position Overview

We are currently hiring experienced roofers and siders for piecework and hourly opportunities for new construction and renovation work. Ideal candidates are confident working independently or with a crew and comfortable on roofs.

This is a great opportunity for motivated roofers and siders who want consistent work, competitive earnings, and the chance to grow with a local company.

Responsibilities

• Install asphalt shingles and metal roofing, and associated siding products
• Complete roofing work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Install flashing, underlayments, vents, trims, and finishing details
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow all company and WorkSafeBC safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with crew members

Qualifications

• Previous roofing and siding experience preferred
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality craftsmanship
