Our Front Desk team connect to our customers and ensure a positive, uplifting experience and safe environment.
We have ONE EVENING Front Desk position becoming available LATE AUGUST.
Shift schedule: Mon-Thur 12:00-7, Fri 9:30-3 (Alternating Flex Friday schedule possible)
Your 3 primary focuses will be:
1. Customer Service
- Welcome and interact with customers
- Provide customer assistance and support
- Point of Sale
2. Facility Access
- New client registration
- Membership renewals
- Process tanning clients
- Monitor facility usage
3. Facility Presentation
- Tidy and organize equipment
- Complete daily cleaning and sanitization checklist
