Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Cook at Bramasole, you will contribute to crafting memorable dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes with precision and creativity.

We are looking for someone to work in service 3-4 shifts per week.  Some prep work will be required during these shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute menu items in accordance with Bramasole’s standards and recipes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient operations and timely service
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and occasional special events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cook in a high-volume restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Safe Certification is an asset
