Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and material handling
- Operate manual tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Assist in setting up work areas for different projects or tasks
- Help with transportation of materials around the job site
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and practices on construction or industrial sites
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
