Seeking independent, reliable and energetic tradesperson for OUTDOOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE as well as for OUTDOOR LANDSCAPING at owner’s rural residence in the Fernie area. Successful applicant should have several years’ experience at:
- Construction;
– Building maintenance – light duty sanding, staining, and weatherproofing
– Grounds construction – out-building restoration
– Interior renovations
- Hard Landscaping and SoftScape;
– Heavier elements in landscape design – patio stones, rocks, gates, and driveways
– Plant & shrub maintenance for several large gardens
– Maintaining annuals in planters
– Lawn tractor operations on acreage
- Skill level and years’ experience flexible
- Weekdays and/or weekend work hours, ranging from around 20-35 hours/week
- Hours negotiable
- Starting at $22/hr – can be negotiated
- Commencing June 1, continuing through the end of October
- Should have own transportation.
