Your Role
As a Bookkeeper at Tunnel49, you’ll be the backbone of our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Performing bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Processing payroll and ensuring timely payment to employees.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Conducting regular account reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote work environment.
