Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain food quality standards, and lead the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Train new employees and support team development
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in food safety or hospitality management
• Experience with POS systems
