Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide effective support.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 35 per week
