Vogue Theatre is looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Part-Time Supervisor to join our team!
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and comfortable taking the lead while creating a welcoming experience for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting theatre staff during shifts
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting guests
- Overseeing concession and box office operations
- Handling cash and completing end-of-shift procedures
- Opening and closing the theatre
- Addressing customer concerns in a professional manner
- Supporting and training staff when needed
- Helping create a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
Position: Part-Time
Schedule: Approximately 3 shifts per week, primarily weekday evenings.
